What If I Forget the Password of the DVR/NVR System?

1. Make sure you connected the Lifoarey DVR or NVR to a monitor.

2. Check the time on the right of your monitor. And you will get the photo like the below image.

3. Contact us, send this photo to us and then we will guide you to use the one time password to reset the password.
